Amiable and exceptional staff, and outstanding food!!!
Unique, quiet unit with a hot water bottle in bed and mint tea plus a heater. Good location, just walking distance from everywhere. Near the centre of the Medina and the Atlas mountains and the Gardens at Majorelle plus lots of other fab personal suggestions from the owner.

From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of calm and relaxation wash over us. The beautifully appointed rooms, with their elegant decor, provided the perfect retreat after a day exploring the bustling streets of Marrakesh. The central courtyard, with its tranquil fountain, created a serene and peaceful atmosphere, allowing the whole family to unwind and recharge. In the evening, the rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views of the city, where we could enjoy live music and entertainment under the starry sky.
For families with children, my kids wished there was a larger swimming pool on the premises.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help us. The location was perfect – just a short taxi ride to the main square where all the excitement happens. The hotel facilities were great, beautifully decorated and the cleanliness exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning on the lovely terrace while soaking up the sun.
Couldn't fault this hotel, our stay was perfect in every way.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the main square. It is ideal and central, perfect if you would like to live in the middle of the medina. The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. They are friendly, helpful, and always available to assist you. Fatiha will even take you to meet your taxi driver, showing that they simply cannot do enough for you. The rooms at this hotel are beautifully appointed and each face inward to the central courtyard. The small touches and luxurious decor create a clean and luxurious atmosphere. Plus, the spacious terrace on the roof is the perfect place to unwind and soak up the atmosphere of the city.
The rooms at this hotel do not have much storage space, which can make them look messy. However, with a little organizing, this can be easily managed.

Spent Christmas at this luxurious hotel and loved it! the rooms were beautifully designed, and the atmosphere was relaxing. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace had a lovely selection of pastries and fresh juices.
The bathroom was a bit outdated, and the hot water didn't last long enough. the rooms were not entirely soundproof, and noises from outside could be heard at times.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
